You will see my evaluation of your week one discussion is done (should be visible in grades and I have a few comments for some students). I have added a rubric to the discussions on Nielsen and Hospers to help you understand how I score and how I will be scoring in the future. Wonderful comments, good insights, and valuable questions. I will be moving forward (hopefully at a more rapid pace) and grading the discussion and presentations on abortion. You will notice that Celebration Three on Euthanasia is already up. Remember, you are welcome to work ahead, just not behind. I will also be grading your self-evaluation papers as well. I will be focusing on one skill of our critical thinking student learning outcomes and I will post those as a rubric when I evaluate the first set for clarity.
The second paper on power I will be evaluating for ability to create questions and analyze assumptions. I will post the six skills of a critical thinker on the content section on Monday when I am back in the office. Good work and keep in contact if you have questions or need to discuss.
